Oversized hardcover in blue binding with gold lighthouse image stamped on front cover and pictorial endpapers. 144 pages. Color and black& white illustrations. Index. Book has minor rubbing wear at corner tips and head/tail of spine, and tail of spine also has wrinkling from a crush injury. Otherwise this book is clean and tight with no other exterior or interior markings. Dust jacket has light rubbing wear at head of spine with two small spots of color loss, and a tiny 1/8" closed tear at tail. Otherwise bright and crisp. Now protected in a clear archival cover. ~~ Bansemer is an artist internationally known for his work on a range of subject matter relating to nature and the out-of doors. In this book he depicts Florida's thirty lighthouses in over 200 paintings and sketches, and tells their stories with his accompanying text.
