Payment Methods Accepted

We accept payment in US dollars by Paypal, Check or Money Order.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are also accepted.  These credit cards are accepted through Paypal, which is an effective and extremely safe vehicle for online credit card payments.  At checkout choose the Paypal option; a Paypal account is not necessary. Once you are taken to the Paypal screen, simply click on "other payment methods" and then fill in your credit card information.  

Shipping

Purchased items willl be shipped promptly, usually within one day of your order, and often on the same day.

Our default shipping method is USPS Media Mail, with Delivery Confirmation.  Of course, we also offer expedited shipping such as Priority shipping and will accomodate any requests for alternate shipping methods.  International orders are normally shipped in a USPS International Priority Flat-Rate Envelope.  We are careful to package securely to protect your books.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our first priority. Grass River Books provides attentive customer service. Grass River Books prides itself on its attentive customer service.

Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of receipt, but email notification of your intent is requested within 5 days of the receipt of your purchase.

Buyer normally pays for return shipping.  However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase due to an error in our description or because you feel the book is "not as described," we will happily cover the full cost of the return.

Grass River Books assumes fulll responsibility for items damaged or lost in shipping.
